Proof ("the App") is a utility application designed to help users verify tasks. The App is built with a "Privacy First" architecture. We do not collect, store, or share your personal data, photos, or location history on our servers. All data remains on your device or your personal iCloud/Google Drive.

2. Data Collection & Use

Photos:
The App uses your device's Camera to capture images. These images are processed locally on your device to add timestamps and watermarks. We do not upload these photos to any external server.
Location Data:
The App requests access to your precise location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION) solely to generate the city/street verification stamp on your photos. This process happens instantly on your device. Your location history is never tracked, stored, or transmitted to us.
Usage Data:
The App does not track your usage behavior or personal habits.

3. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services for core infrastructure:
Google Play Services / Apple App Store:
To handle the installation and updates.
RevenueCat:
To process In-App Purchases and subscription status. We do not see your credit card information; transactions are handled securely by Apple and Google.

4. GDPR & CCPA Statement

Since we do not collect, process, or store any personal data (PII) on our servers, we are compliant by default. You retain full ownership and control of your data on your device. To "delete" your data, simply uninstall the App.
